- The Verified badge reflects an active subscription with your domain ownership verified — it means the business is alive, active and has a working payment method. If you cancel or stop paying (with no chargeback), the badge continues for a short grace period so a brief billing gap doesn’t flicker it off, then is removed. A chargeback or refund removes it immediately.
- Cancel anytime. Your paid features keep running until the end of the period you've already paid for — then the plan drops back to Free. Nothing else changes: your profile, reviews and TrustScore stay exactly as they are.
- Billed monthly per business. If an annual option ever exists, it will be a discount — never a prepaid lock-in.
